DESCRIPTION:
The fishery is an out and out carpers paradise. A lovely 6 acre lake with
islands, lilly pads and rushes. The lake has a large head of English carp
to 41+ lbs. During the colder months a large head of pike can be found. Facilities include toilets, fisherman's lodge, secure car park
with 24 hour security.
TACTICS:
Boilies over trout pellet, floating chum
mixers, boilie crumb and trout pellet in a PVA. bag. Anti-eject stiff rigs
can help if slow, i.e.: 15 lbs mantis or 15 lbs I.Q.
RULES:
Micro barbed hooks ONLY,
(NO BARBLESS HOOKS AT ALL) 42" landing net, Large padded unhooking
mats must be used, no nuts, bivvies only (no tents), no litter or
fires, no dogs, day and night tickets from on-site lodge.
TICKETS:
Summer Rates are for 2-rods
but a 3rd rod can be added at extra cost, £15.00 per day during the
week, £20.00 per day at weekends, £25.00 24 hours, £50.00 48 hours.
thereafter each 24hour session only £15.00. If on-site lodge is locked, tickets may be purchased on
the bank. Winter tariff available between 1st Nov - end of Feb, and prices
are for 3-rods, £15.00 per day, £25.00 per 24hr, £50.00 for 48hr. if

LOCATION:
From the M23 towards Brighton take
junction 11 through Pees Pottage. Take left turn Grouse Road, opposite the
Lighthouse Company. Follow for 3 miles to end then turn right, 1.5 miles
fishery sign will be seen on the right. Click
