The Easy Way To Sink Your Floating & Expander Pellets
Those days of time consuming bait preparations of expander pellets have gone with the use of a PELLET PUMP, which can produce a tub of sinking soft pellets in a matter of seconds. The PELLET PUMP can be used with different size floating pellets at the same time, the old fashioned method would mean different cooking times for the different baits. Remember you can use tap or river water in your PELLET PUMP, so you can make as many or as little baits as you need.

(1) Fill the container halfway or less with the pellets you want to prepare. Add tap or lake water to about 75% to ensure a good vacuum, check that the rim of the container, the grey seal and the stopper are clean before replacing the lid. Goto step 2

(2) Replace the lid - notice that the grey seal is clearly visible. Place pump on the stopper and commence pumping action. When resistance is felt (approx 40 pumps) with the upward stroke, stop pumping. Remove the pump from the container......

(3) The grey seal should now be fully compressed. Most of the air would have been extracted by now causing a strong vacuum, you can move the container around like this without it leaking, maybe to a different swim - or from your house to the venue.....

(4) To re-open:
Squeeze the stopper slowly at the "press" marks to release the vacuum (watch the pellets sink) you can now remove the lid. If you find the odd stubborn pellet that hasn't sunk, repeat steps 2,3 & 4. Pellets are better if left for 5 mins.

Baits are perfect if you leave them immersed in the container for 5-mins after going through the procedure of sinking them.
